Submit an interest to partner for 'The Algorithms and The Republic' tour

THE labs is hosting a tour called 'The Algorithms and The Republic'. Here is a one pager about the tour.

We hope to take this tour to as many cities, towns and villages in India and are looking for partner NGOs in various locations.

You can submit your interest in partnering with us by filling this form.

Below is what we need from the partnering NGO -

1. Space for exhibit and workshop  -

   1. Space requirement for exhibit - 1000 to 1500 square feet

   2. Space requirement for workshop - 500 to 700 square feet

2. Logistical arrangements - electricity, internet connectivity, 1 projector, 6 tables, 30 chairs

3. Inviting up to 100 guests  in their network - These should ideally include educators, policy-makers, philanthropists, CSR partners, artists, technologists and UG/PG students.

4. 2-3 volunteers during the event

5. Optional but preferred - Food arrangements during the event (high tea/snack) for guests and stay arrangement for up to 4 of our team members.

   
   

Below is what the NGO would gain through this partnership -

1. Co-branding for the event that gives them online and offline visibility

2. Interacting with the guests invited by THE labs

3. Opportunity for their team to learn directly from our AI experts

4. Becoming a pioneer to host a meaningful conversation that is missing in the mainstream
